You don’t have to check your Facebook Ad account to keep track of your expenses. Albato and Telegram notifications for all campaigns will keep you in the loop.
Connect Facebook and Telegram to Albato
Set up the app to send the data
Go to Automations page and click the New button:
Select the following values:
- From — Facebook;
- Event — Ad expenses;
- Connection — if you have not connected FB to Albato before, you can do it now.
Set up the app to receive the data
This step is to select:
- Where — Telegram;
- Action — send a message;
- Connection — if you have not created it before, you can create it now.
Set up your message
Type in your text. For example, «Facebook expenses»:

The expenses are sent in rows. Click on the «+» button and add the «Rows gluing» tool, to make the data easy to send and read.
Set up the «Rows gluing» tool.
Click on the gear icon, the settings window will open:
- Name — you can enter any name.
- Range – select «All (0)» from the list
- Delimiter — type in «+».
- Format — select the «Ad expenses — Expenses (spend)» value from the list.

Set up expenses’ calculation for all Ad campaigns
In the automation after the «Rows gluing» tool, add another – «Mathematical operation» tool and fill in the fields.
- Operation — select the result of the previous step «Rows gluing» (Albato — Expenses). If you plan to receive expenses from one campaign only, add «+0» here.
Save this step and go back to setting up the message text:
In the text of the message, select «Result» of the Mathematical operation (Albato):

Automation is ready. The last step is to create a schedule.
Select a schedule for data sending.
Click the “Strat Schedule” button:
In a new window, set up a convenient schedule for sending:
As you may see, this automation will send the data once a day from 10 am to 11 am.
Click «Save» button after setting the schedule.
Your automation is ready, don’t forget to start it!
